"We had a terrible experience with a well-known national gas utility supplier. In attempting to take advantage of their "free" cavity wall insulation to deal with a damp/condensation problem in a ground floor 70's flat. They failed miserably at providing any solution or to install cavity wall insulation, and so we were still left with a problem in the flat. It was suggested that we obtain the services of a qualified damp specialist and Cotswold Remedial were mentioned.
